That coffee language was for experts. Everything was very technical and complex. You'd walk into some coffee shops and leave feeling less-than.
We are Sara and Carles, designers. We entered the specialty coffee world working for other brands, and we became obsessed.
Two years of tastings, courses, books, and events later, something clicked: this shouldn't be so hard to bring to people. We had the tools and the product we wanted to champion. So we decided to start our own project.
