When do you charge me? When ordering or before each delivery?
The first charge is made when you confirm your subscription. From then on, each cycle renews automatically according to the frequency you chose.
Can I change coffee once the subscription is active?
Yes, you can always modify your subscription from your account dashboard. Cancel, change coffee, pause the subscription... all from your account.
What if I still have coffee left at home?
You can skip a delivery or reschedule the date from the portal. Ideal for holidays or when your rhythm changes.
Does it arrive freshly roasted?
Yes. We roast in small batches so the coffee always arrives freshly roasted. Espresso coffees are rested for a few days before shipping so they taste better in the cup.
Can I have more than one subscription?
Yes. You can combine coffees with different frequencies. Each coffee subscription is managed separately so you have total flexibility.
