Frequently asked questions

When do I get charged? When I order or before each shipment?

The first charge is made when you confirm your subscription. From then on, each cycle automatically renews on the same date.
Can I change my coffee once the subscription is active?

Yes, you can always modify your subscription from your account panel. Cancel, change coffee, pause the subscription, or change the frequency and quantities.
What if I still have coffee at home?

You can skip a shipment or reschedule the date from the portal. Ideal for vacations or when your routine changes.
Do seasonal coffees change?

Yes. Classic espresso and experimental filter coffees rotate according to harvest and availability. Always within the same sensory family, and we will notify you before any changes.
Does it arrive freshly roasted?

Yes. We roast in small batches so the coffee always arrives freshly roasted. We let espresso coffees rest for a few days before shipping them so they taste better in the cup.
Can I have more than one subscription?

Yes. You can combine coffees with different frequencies. Each coffee subscription is managed separately so you have all the flexibility you want.
