This coffee is a limited production batch. When it runs out, the next experimental coffee will arrive.

Our seasonal coffees are selected from small projects with classic profiles: specific harvests, limited lots. When they run out, the next one arrives. Always within the same sensory family: creamy, balanced, suitable for espresso and moka.

If you're someone who prefers to know exactly what you'll receive, the Caliu or Dolce subscriptions have a fixed profile all year round.

Adjust the grind to get closer to those numbers and, from there, calibrate to taste: if you find it acidic, try a finer setting or a little more time; if you find it bitter or dry, try a coarser setting or less time.
